History
Nazareth Home For Street Children was founded on October 25, 1995 by Most Rev. Cirilo Almario Jr., D.D., Bishop Emeritus of Malolos and his partners, the SisterS of the Divine Shepherd. It is a response to the call and challenges of the Secondary Plenary Council that the "Church must show concern, love and compassion to the youth." On October 12, 1999, Nazareth Home is licensed and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development as a Center- Based Services for children and youth.

The institution serves the province of Bulacan covering 525 barangays in 24 towns. However, it accepts children from other places on a case-to-case basis.
