A Home for the Angels Child Caring Foundation Inc. was founded in 1996 by former City of Manila Mayor Lito Atienza. His vision was "a loving family and home for every child".
Mission
To Provide A Positive Home Environment For Caring And Nurturing Of Abandoned, Neglected, And Abused Children
Goal
To stop abortion, the ultimate child abuse by providing crisis intervention programs, counseling, child placement, foster care and alternative family integration
