About Allan
At the age of 27 and after a stint with the First Philippine Holdings Corporation as the EDP Manager of one of its subsidiaries, Allan "retired" from formal employment and started his long career in Information Technology consulting. In the Far East, he led teams of IT professionals in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge applications for multinationals like Globe Mackay, ESSO, Shell, and BF Goodrich. His company became one of the favored solutions provider for clients of Coopers & Lybrand, Hewlett-Packard and Data General. He is now based in California where he founded two tech companies, and a Christian charity, In Praise of Jesus Community Service Ministry. He studied at the University of the Philippines and received his Bachelor's Degree in Management and Industrial Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology. He is an awarded Professional Photographer and a member of the American Photographic Artists Editorial Photographers. He is an active alumnus of Alpha Phi Omega International Service Fraternity, an ordained Christian Minister and a Christian Socialist.
